In the case of video the file format is not as important as the codec used to create it. There are a vast number of codecs and very little standardisation.
You may be able to convert your video using an app like Handbrake.

Other video options (codec, framerate, or x264 advanced options panel,..) are too sophisticated for me.
How or where can i found specifications ands formats supported by iPhoto ?
Without such information, it will never be possible to convert my video..
