Two iPod touch 4g suddenly unable to connect to Wifi

Hello, I and one of my family members have had used iPod touch 4g's for a little more than two years. One day, after I had bootcamped my macbook pro, I connects with the "push this button to connect to wifi" feature on Windows. Soon after, all iPod touch in the house would not connect to the wireless. I have reason to believe that this is an iOS issue, as an iPhone 5 running iOS 7 was easily able to connect to this network. I have reset the router, reset the iPod, and reset the modem.

Hi Captainlinux,

If you are having issues with your iPhone being unable to connect to a wifi network, you may want to try a couple of things to troubleshoot.

First, I would try restarting the iPhone -

Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -

We found the Problem: the router actually was confusing somehow the 2 and 5 ghz channels. Weird, but after separating the networks, I was able to connect just fine to the 2 ghz one. Welp, wasn't Apple's fault after all! (And yes, I have tried rebooting, resetting, and everything mentioned.) Add this to the weird list of things apple devices and net gear routers do!
