Q: I forgot the password that I set for this computer and don't know how to change it.

How can I re-associate a mac mini with a different, second Apple ID? I bought this mac mini about a year ago and created my first ever Apple ID.  I forgot the password without realizing how important it was. As I am the administrator, I am unable to download anything to this mac min.

So, I purchased another mac device (an iPOD) about 2 months ago nd created another, different Apple ID.  This time, I was careful and noted down the password. Now I have two Apple ID's and two devices; one Apple ID for the mac mini for which I can't remember the password…. and another ID for the iPOD for which I do remember the password.
