Have you not tried airplane mode by swiping up on the multi touch display to open the control center and tapping on the little airplane? Or going in settings -> cellular -> and turning off Cellular data, Enable LTE/3G, and data roaming?

I cannot imagine why you would possibly want to do this. If you want to "completely not use mobile data", then why not simply do:
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data = "Off"?

Aug 24, 2014 3:26 PM in response to jumalahmedby jumalahmed,I Have a 2.5Gb data allowance I use viber on the go so need to have mobile data on to make and receive calls I'm in a country with poor wifi coverag,the problem that I'm having is high usage data due to system services like iTunesaccounts I have nothing on my iphone I'm not signed in to itunes I just have viber on it and it still has high data I have turned all of the notifications off no email services my question is how to reduce system services because these are the one with high data usage

Aug 25, 2014 10:50 AM in response to jumalahmedby bscott2013,OK. Log out of iCloud on all services. iTunes, App Store, Game Center, iMessages, and email. Do not back up to the iCloud (you should be backing up to iTunes whenever possible) and that could solve your issue.
