Aug 24, 2014 5:59 PM in response to cjjlybnby Ocean20,IF you don't remember the password for the backup then you cannot restore from that backup. In iTunes make sure you do not have a password set for backup and delete the backup you cannot use and create a new backup

Aug 24, 2014 6:02 PM in response to Ocean20by cjjlybn,I have already restored my phone and lost all my data and settings. I was trying to back it up to the back up I did earlier and it is asking for a password. I don't remember ever setting a password!

Aug 24, 2014 6:24 PM in response to Ocean20by cjjlybn,Thanks so much! Do you by chance know if all my pictures that were on my phone can be retrieved from the cloud? I restored to back up but did not sync my photos into iPhoto,

Aug 24, 2014 6:34 PM in response to cjjlybnby Ocean20,The iCloud backup saves photos and videos in the camera roll. If the backup you restored from did not restore photos and videos to the phone then the backup did not contain them. Check to see if you have more than one backup available. IF so you might restore from that. remember you cannot select what data from a backup you want to restore - it is all or nothing. So if you restore from an older backup then that is what you will end up with.
