WWhen I download keynote this message appear

You have already purchased this app it would be downloaded with no additional cost.

but still it is not been downloaded please help.

i am talking about ipad and I had just downloaded keynote for free and download wasn't completed as it said unable to download now whenever I just click on download it says you have already purchased this app it would be downloaded at no additional cost. But it's never downloaded.
