how to de-authorise a computer without accessing the same computer

i've authorized one laptop but now this laptop is not working at all. that means i can't access this laptop anymore. i need to De-Authorise this laptop but i couldn't because i can't access the laptop. do you know how i can de-authorize this laptop?
