Q: Students cannot click accept to enroll

I had students enroll in course for the first time, but when they added the enroll code and went to click accept, it would not let them enroll in course. Nothing happened when they hit accept. It did not send me their request nor did the window go away. Help!

    Would you kindly post a redacted screenshot?

     

    Also, would you please describe the steps you took to communicate the enroll code, and the steps they took to enroll? (Yes, I understand I'm asking for super-basic information.)
