Virus

I turned on my Mac and have a message in a box with lines of code behind it. The message is to restart my computer in five languages. However, the 42 lines of code behind the message box refer to a "Debugger called Panic" three times. It also has the word "kernel version" used a few times and has a line that states "kernel trap at 0x002ae9a0". If I turn off my computer and restart it will I load a virus? If so, what steps should I take to a avoid a virus? For example, should I not turn off the computer and call the geek squad for help?
