Q: Airplay audio (from iPad or iPhone) is continually dropping with AirPort Express.

On other support articles I have seen the suggestion to change Wi-Fi frequency, but I do not  have this option with my AirPort utility (V5.6.1) running on a Windows laptop.

 

Any advice would be gratefully received.
