mdimport always requiring access to privatekey

I am constantly asked to authorise mdimport to get access to confidential informed stored in "privateKey" of my keychain.

Even though I click the "Authorise always" button, the request keeps coming.

The message does not say which privateKey.

How can I authorise once and for all?

I run OS X Mavericks 10.9.4

Thank you, Luc

I have the very same popup, it's been happening for weeks. To add to your config, I am using an SMIME key to sign my mail and get many mails that are also SMIME signed, which may be contributing to the problem. I am running a MacBook Air 2014 with the same software and Mail.app.

The specific error message is: "mdimport wants to use your confidential information stored in "Key from www.digicert.com" in your keychain. Do you want to allow access to this item?"
