I can't access my Apple ID

I made my own apple ID back in 2012, after sharing with my family for previous years.

I used my yahoo email and it worked until I got my iPhone 5, now I can't regain access to my account. I've tried getting resetting my password, but they never emailed me.

So I tried making a new apple ID with my new email, but it's not letting me verify my new email.

So does anyone know how to regain access to my old account? Or at least verify my new one? I requested another verification email, but I never got it.

I got this after clicking on the verification email, but it still wouldn't allow me to log in.

I also tried to do the security question with my old apple id and it told me my information was incorrect, when I remember putting in my correct dob
