Please help. I have tried everything, all the steps - but still it´s impossible. My new PC Windows 8.1 do not regonize my Ipod. I have installed the new Itunes, uninstalled, and installed it again.
I took my Nano to my PC at Work to check it here, Windows XP, but it is the excact same problem. Please help? Do I have to start my Nano all over? I have a lot of songs on it!

I had actually tried all the steps before I wrote this question - but it is was same problem :-(
I the end I had to start all over and delete everything I had on my Ipod and restore to factory settings.
My Ipod nano 6th generation will not sync with my new PC
