I tried to update my iPhone 4s to version 7.1.2 when the "Connect to iTunes" screen came up. I don't have a computer to connect my phone to, now my phone is stuck on this screen. What can I do?

First, I'd like you to just simply reset your device by following the steps in the article below, in case you accidentally entered recovery mode.
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

If the issue does persist, then you will need to connect your iPhone to a computer, and using iTunes restore it.
