Q: CD uploads no longer play!

I have uploaded all music I own on to my iTunes, to make it easily accessible.

 

However, this music no longer works!! I get error messages and can't play any of the tracks as they "can't be found".

 

I am also having problems when I plug my phone in to my laptop, are these things related? Is it a driver problem?

 

Please help, thank-you.
