scroll view not working

Hi,

in my iOS-app, I created a scroll view using - see below:

In principle, the program works, but the scrolling does not work. Program output is only shown as far as it fits into the Text View and no scroller bars are visible - although the vertical scroll bar is enabled in the property editor. Any hints what I have to add to get the intended scrolling functionality.
