Q: unsync from one account to sync to another account

When I brought my Iphone 4 I did not pay attention to the account that was signed into Itunes, so my Iphone is synced to my mom's account. I need to sync it to my itunes library. Everytime that I want to sync tones to my account, it wants to erase my library and put mom account to mine. How to do it with out losing entire information
