The drawer won't open to put my SIM card in

Are you sure its a cellular iPad? cna you post its model number to confirm?

Is the iPad inside a case? If so remove the case, it may be blocking the tray.

Just press firmly in the hole, the tray should pop open. It may take a bit of pressure.

Sounds like the tray is stuck. What Phone did you purchase?

If giving a firm push with the tool or a paperclip in the little hole does not work, try taking it t an Apple store and have them look at it. The tray may be stuck or broken, and they'll need to fix it.

Are you using the provided tool? A Paper Clip? You need to give a firm push with the tool or paperclip in the tiny hole to get the sim card slot to pop open.

O.k, that is a cellular capable iPad. Its strange, the tray will not pop out.

Perhaps a trip to the Apple Store may be in order as the tray may be stuck.

NO matter what I do the tray simply will not open. I have purchased an upgraded phone and can't remove my SIM card!
