App Store asking me to pay of the applications in my Mac Pro

I recently bought a second hand Mac Pro from an individual who had obtained it one month before from a french distributor.

He gave me computer "reset" with the installation of the Mavericks recovery partition.

My problem : On the "Purchases" tab from my App Store account, I find much to install Keynote, Pages and Number but not iPhoto, iMovie and Garage Band which, according to Apple, are part of the package sold with this computer ...

If I go on the Mac App Store (with my Apple ID) I have to pay to get these applications ...

How to break this vicious circle?

Thanks in advance
