Shown here is the Data.  Any Help appreciated.  Apple Genius also did a battery test and it passed, but it does crash.

CoconutBattery indicates that it is above 80% in design capacity which suggest that the battery is not part of the problem.  My final suggestion is to erase that HDD and reinstall the OSX.  Then test to see if the crashes reoccur.  If not, then add all third party items systematically to see if one of them is the cause.

    Ciao.

actually had a clean install and that crashed within a few moments of doing enough tasks... I.e i was watching a video with wifi AND bluetooth on with Facebook and Emails open in background.

Not sure what next steps should be done...

I am having the same problem with my 2011 Macbook Pro as well. I even did a complete reboot and reinstallation of Mavericks and I still find my computer freezing sometimes even with Netflix or YouTube being the only tab open. It either crashes on its own or will freeze and require a manual shutdown because Force Quit won't work due to a whole screen freeze. Other times it will be performing fine and when I put it to sleep and close it, it will randomly restart and suddenly I hear the loud startup noise. It also sometimes sends an error report and other times none at all.

    Is it Mavericks? My hardware?

When you performed this reinstall, did you install all of your data and third party applications?  The point I was trying to make earlier was to see if the problem that you are having is due to a third party application.  If you reinstalled every thing and the problem is due to a third party application, then you essentially reinstalled the trouble maker.  If you follow this procedure (install only the OSX with no third party applications) and the MBP still crashes, then I have to assume that there is a hardware problem.

    Ciao.

I would urge you to start your own discussion.  The chances of getting wider attention will be greater and  will be in your best interest.

Only OSX problems.  It was fixed by apple apparently, as it didn't crash, when in their care.  However a week later and... Crashing has restarted again.
