credit card not working

my credit card wont work .. i try to get the option for no credit card and can not

You will need to contact support for the iTunes store or the App store:

Might not be an acceptable form of payment.

Check here > iTunes Store: Accepted forms of payment

If you can't select None, read here > Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information?
