I need to resend a gift but there is no resend button?

According to I tunes support there should be a resend button, but there isn't. Where is it?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2

What do you see on the gifts screen : Resend iTunes Gifts ? If it shows as 'done' then that implies that it's been redeemed.
