Apple TV Gen.3: Streaming problem via ethernet

Hey guys,

I try to get my Apple TV Gen. 3 started / connected via ethernet.

If I connect the device via WiFi everythings works fine and fast.

I just wonder, why the connection via ethernet is so slow and not stable.

Ehternet works with other devices connected at the same port.

Has anyone experience with that problem?

How can I fix it? Or should I contact Apple support.
