Q: Lost serial number for Logic Express 9

I lost the serial number for my Logic Express install CD (its on the booklet that came with the package). How can i retrieve the serial number?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

    If you already have LE9 installed on another computer, you can go to Logic Express > About Logic Express to find your serial number. If not, I'm afraid you are out of luck.


    At the bottom right of this page is the contact info for Apple support but I don't think they'll be able to do anything for you because they do not allow software registration and so will not have your serial number on file. But give them a try anyway.
