Q: Forget iPad password cannot find way to restore need help.

I forgot the password on my iPad and have tried every way to restore it I can find. For example when I try to restore it with iTunes, it asks me for my password, and when I put my iPad into recovery mode and restore it, an error occurs half way through, also erasing it with iCloud does not work as it does not seem to use internet before I enter my password.

Is there another way I can restore my iPad or solve this problem?
