I tried to reset setting due to my phone speaker are not functioning except if i plug in earphone.after i key in my phone code,it promp a request for restriction code which i totally cant recall.how can i resolve this issue.

i managed to recall my restriction code without restoring factory.
can u help me to troubleshoot my issue on speaker n volume button not function unless i plug in earphone.

Try inserting and re-inserting your headphones 7 or 8 times. Also try cleaning out the headphone jack in case of debris that might be interfering with the connection/disconnection.
