Q: i have a old iphone 4 i want to use for games only but my apple id and password is gone i cant find it i have tryed several times and cant get in to phone what can i do

i have iphone 4 I wantr to use just for games but I don't have my password or apple id for phone how do I fully restore it

iPhone 4, iOS 4.2.7
