About the only thing you could do would be to erase it using Find my iPhone assuming you have that service enabled... That would require that you get access to a computer so you can log onto icloud.com, though, or to another iOS device.

You do have a USB cord if you are charging your phone. That charging cable is also the USB cable. You can always go to the Apple store and they can restore your phone. However, you will loose everything on the phone. If you have not made a backup any pictures, videos or texts will be lost. You can restore your purchased items from iTunes.
