Allow Army military soldiers to access and sync Enterprise Outlook content with their iOS device

There's millions of soldiers that's unable to check their enterprise email because it requires us to insert a CAC (Common Access Card) card reader. A CAC card is pretty much our military ID with a chip with all our information and access certificates.

When is Apple going to let soldiers finallybe able to access their outlook email without the use of a CAC card reader. There's many issues in the military about soldiers not being able to get the appropriate information because they cannot access their email at a moments notice. I provided a link above that may be related to iOS being approved by the Department of Defence for enterprise access. Please let us soldiers be able to do this.
