I know Apple doesn't support DB but hope someone can
help me. I know how to sync Contacts to DB for purposes of
backing up but I want to be able to access my contacts
from within DB for sharing, The only import formats DB
offers are Yahoo, Gmail and one other, conspicuously
omitting Contacts. Can anyone help me on this?Thanks, Tom

You could drag your contacts to a folder as .vcf files. You could then share the file and/or folder.

Sorry to be stupid, but exactly how do I do this? Are my contacts in a distinct file? If so, where, and under what name? Should I copy and save this contacts file as a new file, since I will be changing the filetype? What folder should I drag it to? Will Dropbox then automatically find it at that point? I assume I would then have to do this every time I made a change to Contacts. Is that correct? Thanks for you assistance.

Apple Contacts are stored in your User's Library/Application Support/AddressBook folder
