Siri and Voice 2 Text aggervating

I'm upset that Siri doesn't always work. I ask a question and it spins and spins but she never answers me. Then I close and reopen Siri and she starts working. I don't know what her problem is...if she is having a brain **** or not. I am in Wifi so I don't know what the deal is.

Also the voice 2 text does the same thing. I say a whole paragraph and have to hit done before it even attempts to pop up what I've said...but usually it doesn't pop anything up the first time it just spins and spins and I have to delete and re-say everything all over again. It's so annoying. Again I am on Wifi and don't know what the deal is. Kinda upset too that Voice 2 Text doesn't work without Wifi or Data when Samsung Galaxys do.
