Q: Solution Menu

had something in my dock called Solution Menu that I could scan pics and manipulate them or send to someone and save.

It doesn't work now that I have an Air, but the icon is still in my dock, need to use it, can you help

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

See if the Solution Menu app is in your Applications folder. The icon in the Dock is just an alias.

Exactly which OS X is your Mac running?

Click the Apple () top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac.

The version is noted there.

There is an alternative for scanning using the Image Capture application in your Applications folder > Mac Basics: Using a scanner
