Q: I'd like some recommendations on the best App to use to store and access offline a variety of media/ documents such as photos videos pots. articles documents etc.Im familiar with ifiles, ibooks, dropbox, box and google drive but am not sure which is,
I need to store a variety of PDFs, Presentations, videos, photos etc on my iPad preferably in one App, where they can be accessed even when offline,
One that does not limit storage to a certain amount of gigabytes (bearing in mind some which can be available offline, and therefore dependent on the amount of storage space available on iPad)
i am familiar with iBooks, iFiles, Dropbox, Box and Google Drive.
Can anyone recommend one that has an easy interface and
iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1.2

Anyway,
Online services such as Dropbox, Box, and Google Drive will require an internet connection, and will limit the amount of storage you have online. That's the nature of online services.
Any other App that can store locally will use the iPads storage, bear in mind that is also limited, and in some cases not too far off of whats available on online services. 16GB (base iPad capacity) can be matched by pretty much any online storage service.
iBooks, stores books and PDFs but little else.
iFiles supports a wide variety of file formats for local storage as well as connections to many popular online storage services. So this may be a good choice.
You can take a look at its interface here:

Dropbox, Box, and Doogle Drive all require internet access, however you can set items to be available offline as well, but that may not be very convenient.
