I did it as a PDF but on the bottom were you upload resume and once it attaches thats when i get fake/path/resume. And it is in english any other ways to fix it? I have a resume in word and pdf but with pdf that is when i get the error but like I said it does fill in the application but I have to fix it a little. I just want to make sure they can open it even though it says fake/path?

Your résumé is best served warm directly into the hands of the hiring manager by someone you know (or by you). Understand, what constitutes a successful, contemporary résumé format. Keep a PDF copy on your cell phone, so that if you meet someone that is looking to hire, you have the document at your fingertips. Network, Network, Network. Submitting résumés to corporate online sites will not only break your spirit, it will most likely require hundreds of submissions to compete with everyone else. Life is too short.

I asked and he did say he was using an English site, which doesn't mean that he is English of course, but I have seen equally as bad material from people going for Managerial positions in California, PhDs and Masters in Texas, and countless teachers and university undergraduates.

We only have what he writes here to go on, and that is why I really suggest he gets someone to proof his résumé. The employer is not going to ignore the obvious issues.

Can never tell.

Franic is a Croatian name, and people post here from all around the world, so we don't expect perfect English if it is a second language.

You have a lot of spelling, grammar and basic English errors in your posts, so I assume that may also be a problem in your résumé.

I'm not sure if you are aware of it, but it will stand out in a job application.
