How do I stop from getting spam in my email

Log into webmail for your provider and see if there are options for filtering spam/junk mail. If you are using an @icloud, @me, @mac email then you can follow the steps in the article below:

Move the spam to junk and the other emails from the same address should go straight to junk. Remember to delete from junk then delete a second time from trash.
