Q: 2 Part ? - Deleting Music from iPhone & Auto Playing

It sounds like you have some songs that aren't in your iTunes library but are in your Music app on the phone that you need to delete. You should be able to delete them either from the album or from the songs list with these steps from the following article:

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Tap the Music app.
2. Tap the Songs category.
3. Swipe left over the song you want to delete.
4. Tap Delete.

If you see a cloud icon next to them after you delete them and they stay, then you will need to either hide the songs in the iTunes Store:

Or you can turn of the feature called Show All Music in your Music settings:

• Just show music that’s been downloaded from iCloud. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music.
