Q: Ipad Mini Disabled - Wrong Passcode

I was downloading the restore files of 1.14GB via itunes from apple and it has reached 600MB and unfortunately, download stopped. Please I need a direct download link to this file so I can use a download manager and if its a zipped file, better to download....

Alternatively, if you have service/support centre in nigeria, please provide the details for me asap. Appreciate!
