Q: Bluetooth and iphone 5c phone calls not working

I had an iphone 4 and it worked great with my car Bluetooth. Ever since I got the iphone 5c, I cannot get phone calls incoming or outgoing, through Bluetooth. The Bluetooth works just fine for music through my phone and podcasts I have on my phone, but not phone calls. I have tried restarting and re-setting up everything to no avail. Can anyone help?
