Q: i have imac 5 with 2.1 intel core du and have just installed snow leopard but want mavericks can you help

Driving me mad that fact that i bought snow leopard and find out it want install mavericks the system has loads memory and intel 2.1 so can handle 64bit tech

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6271 In the future realize that 10.9 is not a Classic operating system. It is 13 years newer.
