Typically when you get the message that the ID hasn't been used in the store, that means that your iTunes account is missing information in the settings. If you used a credit card to make the previous purchases, you should enter that card number again to complete the ID set up. If you removed the card and used the "None" option because you were using gift cards, you should be able to remove the card after the ID has been updated.

Aug 30, 2014 12:17 PM in response to Sarah527!!by Demo,Are you sure that you are in the right part of the App Store purchased tab? You have to select iPhone apps in the upper left corner of the store, if these were iPhone apps that you bought.
