I have a iPod shuffle and it won't sync with iTunes nor appear on "My Computer" page.
I've tried 4 different computers, and all I got is the same thing: nothing.
I don't know if I can put in on Disk Mode. If it's possible, please tell me how. If it's not, let's move on.
The cable chargers normally my iPod. So I don't think it's a problem on the cable itself.
What should I do?

Thank you for your response.
I've already tried all of these steps, but I always end up in a endless loop of threads. It's like thread number 1 leads to thread number 2, and thread number 2 leads me back to thread number 1.
The cable is correctly inserted. iTunes is updated. There's no firewall blocking anything.
I don't know what to do 😟
