Error 0xE8000004 when trying activate iPhone 4 (GSM)

Hi there.

Two days ago I restore my iPhone 4 GSM from iTunes and when trying to activate it, I get the message Error 0xE80000004. I can not activate my iPhone 4 using wifi connection because asks me directly connect to iTunes and after displaying the error is not active and does not let me do anything.
I have restored my iPhone 4 from several PCs and always I get the same error when trying to activate it.
Can anyone help me please?

For several days some iPhone 4 users in Spain are having this error when trying to activate or restore factory our iPhone 4 (iPhone 4 Only)

Regards

Sorry for my english.

Мне не нужен WiFI модуле. Я хочу пользоваться своим телефоном...

Но после обновления телефона через стандартную программу итунес при помощи стандартного кабеля при активации выходит ошибка 0xE8000004. Телефон не активируется...

Hi there guys,

I have the same problem, the same iPhone 4 i OS 7.1.2.

I m stuck on the iTunes screen after trying to restore my phone to factory settings.

After trying with different computers, different USB cables, different ports, disabled firewall, tried on windows 8, mac,

tried all the possible alternatives but all in void. Contacted apple about it and they wanted me to repeat all the same steps again, which i did still no go.

finally they got me a genius bar reservation on Wednesday 22nd October at Sydney Australia.

after i reasoned with his verdict, he agreed that its not a WiFi issue. He said since it is out of warranty you can pay 179 dollars to geta new iPhone4or i can go one level down and talk to another apple guy where i can recycle my iphone to get a voucher worth some $ and get a new iphone with it. Then i went to the lower level and spoke to the guy who does recycling and he told me that the phone has to be in working condition in order to be recycled. I was so frustrated and exhausted by then left apple store in disappointment.

If anybody from apple is reading this, please fix up the problem, stop blaming USB ports, cables, computer, firewall, antivirus, Windows OS, and fix up the problem which you have created. This is the first time i m so disappointed with apple. Not sure if i m gonna buy any other apple device anytime in future.

Hi ppl'

You're not going to believe this,my daughter cracked her screen on her iPhone 4,so I took it to a local shop in Blackpool,he fitted a faulty screen, so I took it back and he had no others in stock so I told him to use the one from my one that wouldn't activate. He very generously switched the screens on both phones,my daughters is now fine, but more importantly I noticed on mine that the wifi option had appeared and now iTunes has let me activate it,weird but now a happy bunny again.
