My sympathies concerning your situation. I know how difficult it can be to divide up property and doing so with digital property is even more difficult.
For the music on your computer, you will want to de-authorize the computer from the Apple ID being used to purchase the music. See this article -
Deauthorize your computer using iTunes
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6283
Note that this does not remove the content associated with that Apple ID, which will have to be removed manually.
Once you have removed the iTunes store content (music, videos, apps) from the computer, you can then sync your iOS devices to the computer.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Best,
Brett L
