Stereo to Mono Conversion with MP3 encoder
Has anyone experienced this:
I record podcasts with one person in the left channel and one in the right channel. When I was preparing the podcast, I used iTunes 6 to convert the stereo file to a mono mp3. In iTunes 6, converting to mono would mix both channels down to a single mono channel.
iTunes 7 conversion removes one of the channels entirely! Am I missing something? I have had to find a new way to do my work, which isn't impossible, but I liked the options iTunes' mp3 encoder provided.
