Trying to sign in with my apple id to my icloud that i download today, and it tell my "this apple id is valid but its not an icloud account". Do i have to have a account for icloud? how you make an account and were you go? Im try going to icloud.com and it ask for password, type the apple id and the same respond i receive....Some one please help me ......

I thought that i can used it with my windows 8.1?! I download the application because i have itune n what to have like a backup for my music n picture....:(
You can use it from Windows after it's set up, but can't set it up from Windows.

iCloud is a cloud service to sync iOS devices to one another and to your Mac or PC. It is also used to store iOS device backups. The only way to use iCloud is to set it up via an iOS device or via a Mac. You cannot set it up via a PC, and there is nothing you can use on it if you do not have an iOS device.
