Q: Extend enrollment for more students in iTunes U

iTunes U 2.0   iPad 4th gen  iOS 7.1.2

The problem is that the enrollment for one course is full at 50 members.  I already tried generating a new code twice, as suggested, "If you receive too many requests."  How can the enrollment be made unlimited?
