Pressing Option while clicking a triangle will automatically open all of the triangles in the entire tree.

There is no disclosure triangle in List view except for the subfolders, not for the main folder
In Finder's "View" menu, make sure "Arrange By" is set to "None".
Finder cannot do such a simple thing, why don't you admit ?

The word "file" means a file with extension, i e not folder. But maybe to CSound means folder too ?

Somehow, I doubt that the OED will resolve the real issue here. 😕
So create a Smart Folder to do what you want. That is what "All Files" is, just a preconstructed Smart Folder. Make your own to do what you want.
Or go to the Terminal and use the 'find' command
