Hi. I want to sync my new iPhone 5s. I plug the phone into the computer, and iTunes comes up. But after a long wait, the message "cannot sync because device timed out." But the phone is still on.
Hi. I am trying to sync my iPhone 5s for the first time on my computer through iTunes. I had done this long ago with an older version of iPhone. I open iTunes, and plug my phone into the USB port. After a long pause, I get the message: "Cannot sync because device has timed out". But my phone is still open, active. Any suggestions would be must appreciated.
