windows recognises ipod, itunes wont
had to reinstall windows 7 so done a clean install and also reset my ipod. Done all my windows updates etc before installing itunes
installed itunes 11.3.1.2
added my music and re-organised it
connected my ipod
when i got to sync its greyed out
when i run the diagnostic within itunes it passes everything bar the sync.. No Ipod found
Ive went through the full iPod: Appears in Windows but not in iTunes help guide but to no avail. My ipod is recognised on my pc and bar the sync issue, everything looks as it should. Where am i going wrong?
