Q: iTunes card amount display not showing

Purchased iTunes card. Partially used & still has an amount in credit. That amount NOT displayed as normally the case in toolbar

 

Any suggestions

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

    Hi lybil2112,

     

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

     

    It sounds like there is an issue seeing the remaining balance on your iTunes Gift Card. Make sure you're signed into the iTunes Store with the account that you used to redeemed the gift card, as shown in the article linked below.

    View your balance from iTunes for Mac or PC

    1. Go to the iTunes Store.
    2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
    3. If you have a credit balance, you'll see it next to your Apple ID in the Navigation Bar.
